Take your time to chill
For sure you want to party and dance endlessly. However, your body needs to cool as well. Cooling or chilling, It’s already in the name. Taking a break from dancing is the best thing one can do to prevent overheating. Especially if the area is hot and humid your body won’t be able to loose its own moisture and warmth anymore so you might get overheated.
Thus, take your time to make a round and chill. Go to a cooler area regularly, for instance the chill-out. If you’re on an open-air event: go to a shaded place where you can recharge and cool down. Do not keep on dancing if you are not feeling well, search for a silent place out of the crowd or ask the first aid for advise.
Chill once in a while and you will be able to party longer.
